Tianjin Hose Clamp Industry Leads Global Innovation with High-Temperature

Liantuo 2025-10-13

Liantuo hose clamp industry has emerged as a global hub for innovation, driven by cutting-edge material research, a leading manufacturer based in Jinghai District, recently developed a nickel-based alloy capable of withstanding temperatures up to 1,200°C, a critical advancement for hydrogen-powered vehicles and high-speed rail systems.

“Traditional 304 stainless steel clamps could only endure 400°C, but new energy sectors demand materials that survive extreme heat and corrosion,” explained Ma Shuzeng, Kainuo’s Quality Director. Collaborating with China FAW Research Institute, the company tailored solutions for locomotive brake systems in sub-zero climates, achieving zero failures in -40°C conditions and 350 km/h vibrations.

The company’s automated production lines now churn out 1.2–1.5 million clamps daily, with 80% automation and 40+ unique product lines. Exporting to 80+ countries, Kainuo is reshaping global standards, having co-authored multiple national and international technical specifications.

“Our goal is to dominate high-end markets by merging precision engineering with sustainable materials,” Ma added. With overseas expansion underway, Tianjin’s clamps are poised to secure a larger share of the $6 billion global market.
