Tianjin Liantuo Hose Clamp, a key player in Jinghai’s “Hose Clamp Town,” has secured a national patent for its modular hose clamp forming machine, addressing longstanding inefficiencies in traditional equipment.
The new device integrates a bottom plate, support seats, and a cutting mechanism, enabling rapid disassembly and maintenance. “Workers no longer waste hours on complex tool changes,” said a company engineer. Tests show a 30% efficiency increase compared to older models, with extended equipment lifespans.
Founded in 2013 with an 8 million RMB investment, Nuocheng produces TJNC-branded clamps using premium steel, catering to automotive, marine, and industrial sectors. Its 300+ workforce operates across 50-acre facilities, equipped with 120 high-precision presses and 40 automated assemblers.
“Market demand for efficient, low-cost solutions is skyrocketing,” noted the CEO. The patent aligns with government initiatives to subsidize tech upgrades, positioning Nuocheng as a leader in China’s $1 billion regional hose clamp industry.
