Liantuo Hose Clamp, a 17-year-old manufacturer in Jinghai District, showcased its prowess at the 2023 Shanghai Frankfurt Autoparts Expo, securing a 8,000-unit order from a Turkish automotive supplier. The deal expanded to include two custom designs: V-shaped clamps and specialized bands, developed in just 30 days without blueprints.
“Our in-house mold workshop and 3D simulation systems allow us to pivot from concept to mass production faster than competitors,” said Ma Guangzhi, General Manager. The company’s history of overcoming crises—such as a 2006 emergency order for 1.5 million clamps in 30 days—has ingrained a “customer-first” ethos.
Guozhong’s 15,000 m² factory now houses 120 high-speed presses and 40 robotic assemblers, achieving full automation in core processes. Collaborations with Geely Auto and engine manufacturers underscore its role in China’s automotive supply chain.
“Precision and speed are our edge,” Ma emphasized. With plans for a new smart factory, Guozhong aims to capture higher-margin markets, building on its $20 million annual revenue and global client base.
